Hi, I have NIMCET Rank as 861, GEN category. I am expecting NIT KUK. Would that be possible? Is there any state quota or defense quota?

Well considering the rank which you are having which is 861 in general category in NIMCET 2019. And also if I consider previous year closing rank for nit kurukshetra then it was around 600 . So keeping in mind the rank it might be possible that you get the college.
But chances are very low. Because general rank don't usually go so high.
