Hi, i have not filed for the application form and if i have to get admission then what I should do ?

Hi there. In response to your query it is highly recommended to wait for the application form to reopen otherwise it will be best to move on and start applying in similar courses accross different universities with same prospectus, that would be the ideal way forward.
