Well going by the DU LLB cutoffs in the previous years, I can say that you might not be able to get admission in CLC with your rank as in DU LLB entrance all the candidates who have got the same marks are given the same rank and there are so many more candidates above you.

As far as I am concerned in 2018 the last merit rank admitted for a cw category candidate was 289 and the corresponding mark was 36.
You have scored 199 marks and 105 rank which is indeed a very good rank. With this rank you can easily get admission in delhi university for llb.
Talking about the main campus i.e. faculty of law,delhi university then yes you hold decent chances of getting that.
Cutoffs for 2019 are yet to be released . These will be out in a weeks time. As of now make sure that you keep yourself updated about all the necessary information about the councelling process. It is likely to begin from the forth week of july.

One of the most important difference is the timings of the different centre s. The classes are schwduled in the morning ,afternoon and evening. You have to choose as per your convenience. Then library in the main campus is really rich in good books.. rest it wouldn't make much difference.
