Hi I have scored a total of 431 marks in NEET 2019 and I am of OBC category is there any chance of me getting into medicine at all?

The OBC cutoff for NEET 2019 was 133-107 (40th percentile)
You may still try for
- Savitha Medical College, Chennai
- BLDE University, Bijapur
- Sri Lakhsmi Narayan Institute of Medical Science, Puducherry
- Yenepoya Medical College
- SBKS medical Institute

At 431 marks It is Not possible to get on the all india seats quota..You can try On state level quota.There might be possibility to get admission under state quota because there are 85% seats are available for State quota.
You didn't mentioned Here your state so I cannot tell you whether you can Get in to it or not.
Here i am giving you all India medical college last year Cutoff please go through it.
