Hello aspirant,
As closing rank for Cse is around 7500 the possiblity of getting your Vellore campus or even the chennai campus is not possible . You can try for vit bhopal but as you mentioned getting admission for btech in Vellore campus , sorry to say is not possible . Better you opt for some other college .
