Your State level certificate in Band and parade will be considered for TNEA counselling sports quota because they are not a sport. whereas kho-kho and athletics are considered as sports certificates obtained from these games will be considered for sports quota.

According to the Sports Quota criteria, certificates obtained in international, national, state, divisional, and district level competition are accepted for sports quota. But you have only certificates at the zonal level. I am sorry to say, you cannot apply for the sports quota, as per the description you have given in your question.

You can apply for the general category where you will be shortlisted based on your academics score.
