Hi,
NEET undertaking card is issued to ensure that the aspirants follow COVID-19 guidelines issued by Government.
So basically the statement 2.c is as follows -

Not been in close contact with a person suffering from COVID -19 and I am NOT under mandatory quarantine.

This statement simply means that you have not been in contact with an infected person in the recent times and have not been under quarantine.

1. If you have been in contact with an infected person , please leave the box Blank.
2. If you have NOT been in contact that mark a tick .

You can refer to the following site to get more clear info information-

Hope this helps.
