According to the NEET cutoff, as long as you are in the top 50 percentile you are eligible for admissions.
Last year 50th percentile cutoff was 119.
So at 270, you are eligible for admissions but there are very less chances to secure a seat.
For a safer side try to score atleast 500+ to get a good government college seat.
