see you did not mention your paper , which you have attempt in gate exam, since cutoff scores changes year to year and depends on various facts, in iits, some of the paper of mtech admission is done based on gate score and some stream of engineering has written test and interview process , so You should check the officials website and apply if you meet all the eligibility criteria. meanwhile you may use careers360 gate college predictor tool to know about your probable college,
