Hi, I need to know under how much rank I should be to get into PSU

It's totally depends on the stream you have opted in GATE.
Have a quick view on the qualifying marks in different streams in GATE to get into PSU:-
1. HPCL(2018): ME - 68.45, Civil - 70.04, Electrical - 58.64.
2. NPCIL(2018): ME - 836, Chemical - 790, EE - 819 etc.
It will be better if you specify the stream and remember that these are cutoff MARKS for PSU.
