Hi, I studied in Rajasthan upto 10 standard, 11th and 12th standard in Vijayawada,AP. Am I treated as local or non-local, please clarify.
Candidate must have passed or appeared in the final year of class 12 or its equivalent examination from Board of Intermediate Education Telangana/ Andhra Pradesh for being eligible to apply for TS EAMCET but if you want to be considered as a local candidate then you should have resided or studied in an educational institute of Telangana/ Andhra Pradesh for a period of at least four consecutive years up to your qualifying exam.
Since, you have studies for only 2 years, you will be considered non local.

I hope this helps.
Since you have studied only Class 11 and Class 12 in Vijayawada , Andhra Pradesh , you would not be regarded as a local of Andhra Pradesh . You would be regarded as a local of Rajasthan . The criteria to be local is that you should have studied for minimum of four consecutive years in the state . So you won't be regarded as local of Andhra Pradesh .
