You should always choose the course according to your interest. There is always good scope for the right candidate which have required skills to perform the job.

There is a good scope after completing BCA you can go in both public and private companies. To get a good position it is recommended to do MCA after completing your BCA course.

If we compare the scope then B.Tech have more scope in terms of jobs and placements in comparison to BCA.
