Best distance university for mba are NMIMS mumbai ( Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies), Indira Gandhi National Open University ( IGNOU), IMT Ghaziabad.
Best regular university for msc is DU you can aplly for the exam and get selected if you qualify that exam
IIT in which you have to clear JAM exam for admission in msc.
Also BHU ( banaras Hindu University which accept bhu pet score.
