Hi! I want to study MBA but i have 3 years of gap after graduation, and i have no work experience either. Will it create any problem during placements?

It will make a difference definitely in the admission process if you are looking for a good college , as interviewers asked you about the reason of your gap , so it is advisable to have a good reason prepared already in this matter.
Same thing will happen in placement activity also.
