You will get fee reimbruisement if you are applicable for it. Government has kept some criterias which the candidates have to satisfy.
In addition to it there are many candidates who are eligible but the scholarship provided is for low number of students and that is also divided into different streams like Engineering,diploma,BS,Bsc. There are many streams available so the same scheme is for all for which the availability gets divided.
To get a fee reimbruisement you have to get highest mark as possible. If your mark is higher than it increases your chance to get the scholarship and you can also apply for TFW in the institute you join where you don't have to pay tuition fee every year. These are the aspects so you have to plan and prepare accordingly.
