You have got 78.17 percent marks in MHT CET exam which is of total 200 marks. The general criteria for qualifying in MHT  CET is he who get 120 plus marks in a MHT Cet out of total marks 200 is eligible for qualifying in the courses for PCB passing student is eligible. He is too secured at least 60% marks in 12th standard examination with PCB and 120 plus marks in MHT Cet exam.

You have got   158 around marks in MHT -CET. So there is a chance for taking admission in BAMS/b pharm/BHMS/Bachelor in physiotherapy  etc courses.
