Yes sir, you will definitely get the admission in ramaiah college as you complete your diploma .
As there is diploma to degree programme if you complete your diploma course you can continue to your preferred college through admission process as you will dieectly get admission in second year of degree engineering.
But you have already started diploma course dont go for diploma in any institute as i suggest you complete it.
