HELLO! VIDHYA
FIRST OF CONGRATS FOR GETTING 550 MARKS IN NEET 2019.
SO AS WE CAN'T GIVE YOU FALSE HOPE. IT JUST YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR RANK TO BE DECLARED BECAUSE EVERY YEAR RANK WILL CHANGE BY NEET DUE TO AVERAGE MARKS AND DIFFICULTY OF PAPER.
SO WE WISH YOU WILL GET GOOD RANK. AND THEN YOU CAN APPLY TO YOUR GOVT COLLEGE.
*BUT AS SUCH FROM PAST YEAR DATA YOU MAY GET ADMISSION IN MANY GOOD GOVT COLLEGE SO WE HOPE YOU WILL GET YOUR DREAM COLLEGE.
ALL THE BEST.
With a score of 550/720 in NEET 2019, and being from the general category rank predictor show that your rank could be anywhere in the range of 6800 to 8300. With these marks and all India rank it is advisable to go for the state quota seats as your 85% state quota from whichever state you are will surely get you into a good government college in your state itself. If you are planning for the all India quota seats let me tell you that it will be very close given that this year's paper was easy and a lot of all India candidates will have marks in the late 500s. To be on a safe side it will be good to go for the state quota seats but if you have aimed for a particular college then you should go for the all India quota seats too.
Thank you and all the best.
Hi Vidhya,
Hopefully yes. There are a bunch of medical colleges in India and 550 is satisfactory for atleast qualifying through one of the colleges.
Just wait for the cut off.
