Hi, If I will go for 3rd round of counselling, my seat allotted from 2nd round will be secured or not?

Every different entrance examinations counseling has different procedure regarding seat allotment in the subsequent rounds. Generally in some counselling procedure you are given with the option to freeze a seat or rather go further to the next round of counselling, and cancel the previous booking.
You will have to specify the exact name of the counseling to know proper details.
