The admission for Foreign Nationals in NITs, IIITs, SPA, and other centrally funded and Premier Technical Institutes is done through DASA UG.The eligible candidates are all Foreign Nationals who are studying in any country including India and Indian Nationals who are studying abroad are eligible. For Indian Nationals they must have studied abroad for the last 8 years including class 11 & 12. Candidates must have passed qualifying exam with 60% aggregate or 6.50 CGPA on a 10 point scale are eligible.

So if you fulfill the above eligibility criteria you are eligible.
