As you are from SC Category you try to get a seat in colleges in Bangalore like
R.v. college if engineering
BNS College of Engineering
PES University
Ramaiah Institute of Technology
But seeing to your rank it is difficult to get seat in computer science branch. As cut for CS branch is too high. It depends upon cut off CET 2020 of the college ,cut off depends upon factors like number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam, previous year's cut off and availability of seats etc.
