There are 2 cases:-
-----) You left bsc 1st year after passing it and you had all the three of PCB in your 1st year. In this case, you need to choose code 5
Because
code 5 is for all those who have passed 1 st year graduation with all the three of Physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology
----) You didn't had all the three of PCB in your bsc or you had them but you left bsc without passing 1st year. In this case you need to choose code 2.
Because in this case your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology/ biotechnology remains your 10+2.
