So, firstly i want to congratulate you for your good CAT score, although you didn't mention how much did you score. Now with your academic profile,I'll be really honest with you but you don't have much chances of getting into the IIMs because to get into IIMs , you need to have a minimum of 70-80% in your boards, without that you don't possibly have much chances for IIMs even though you might have really nice CAT score.

As soon  as you fill the form For CAT, you already have applied for all IIMs. However, on declaration of your CAT result, the IIMs give call to students for  further rounds of admission considering your CAT performance and past academic records. As per the details mentioned by you, you can get a call from IIMs if you score really well in your CAT exam. Try getting a percentile above 95 to get into good IIMs.
