Hey Shalini.
No, You cannot get admission in Delhi University for BCOM+ LLB course. Reason being that Delhi University does not offer any 5 year integrated law course like Bcom LLB or BA LLB.
There are 2 types of Law courses in India- 3 year LLB course and 5 year integrated law course. 3 year law courses are for those who have completed their Undergraduation. So after completion of any 3 years of Undergraduate course, you can do LLB which will be for 3 years. Hence It would take 6 years if you start witha separate UG degree. And in 5 year law course are for those who are seeking to puruse law after class 12th. It combines an Undergraduate degree with law, for example- BA LLb, BCOM LLb, BBA LLb etc. It takes 5 years after 12th class.
Delhi University only offers a 3 year LLB course which you cannot pursue unless you have completed any Undergraduation. But there are various other law colleges that provide this course of BCOM LLB.
Hence you have 2 options that you can choose to pursue BCOM at first separately and then apply for Law. Both The course are offered separately by Delhi University. it will take you 6 years to complete both. Or you can go for a 5 year integrated law course from another good college.
BCOM LLB is provided by various good colelegs but Most of the top colleges provide only LLB course. There is not much difference in the scope of BA LLB and BCOM LLB. Some of the colleges providing integrated courses of Law like BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCOm LLB and their respective entrance examinations are-
