For their MBA courses the college eligibility criteria is bachelors degree in any relevant field or equivalent degree. So Bcom degree will be fine for doing MBA.

the basic eligibility criteria to get admission in anna university for the course MBA is candidate must hold a bachelor's degree from any recognized university of minimum 3 years of duration and candidate must have secured a minimum aggregate of 50 percent marks at their graduation , there is relaxation of 5 percent for students belonging to reserved category or candidate must have passed their 10+2+3 or 4 or 5 years of pattern or 10+3 years pattern or B.E/B.Tech/B.Arch/B.pharm , candidate appearing for their final semester examinations of the qualifying degree may also apply for TANCET.
