You are definitely eligible for NDA 2024. You must have been born between July 2, 2005, and July 1, 2008 to qualify for the NDA-1,2024 examination and as you fulfill this eligibility criteria, so you can give this exam.
There is no restriction on the number of NDA exam attempts one may undertake. However, you should be between the ages of 16.5 and 19.5.
