The answer to your question is , yes you can write JEE Advance exam not year also after attempting this year. But you have to keep in mind that you get to attempt JEE Advance exam only twice for consecutive years. Also if you get an IITs through this year's JEE Advance exam then you are not eligible to sit for JEE Advance exam next year. Yes according to the criterion of JEE advanced
"A candidate can attempt JEE (Advanced) maximum of two times in two consecutive years."
If you attempt this year 2021 then as a consecutive year 2022 you are eligible for JEE advanced 2022.
