Hello student in Delhi University and Guru govind Singh Indra prastha University to pursue under graduate courses B.com mathematics is a compulsory subject so you can't take admission in Delhi University and IP University if you don't have mathematics in class 12 but in Jamiya Miliya Islamiya you can pursue B.com even if you don't have mathematics subject in class 12.
You can Pursue B.com without mathematics from SOLDU (School of open learning Delhi University)

Eligibility - candidates must passed or appearing class 12 in any stream with minimum 50 percent marks from a recognized board.

Hello dear student !

You can pursue B.Com. program without having mathematics in your class 12th boards from Any college of Delhi University. The admission is merit based and you can apply to colleges as per the cut offs. But for B.Com. Honours , you need to have mathematics in your 12th class in order to apply in Delhi university.

Hope this helps !
