There is no provision to correct the details filled in the second phase NEET application form after submitted the application as of now. If you haven't submitted the application form you can edit the details. The correction facility is only available for first phase application form and the details that can be corrected are Address, Gender, Nationality, Category, Sub-Category, Class 11th and Class 12th Educational Details. If rest of the details of class 11th are correct you may not face any problem.

No there is no any problem and you won't face any complication because class 11th details are not mandatory at all and even if some mistake is done their then it cannot be edited as it is one-time facility and also it won't impact you anyhow.

If you have not completed your NEET 2nd phase application form then you can follow the given steps to fill out your 2nd phase NEET 2021 application form :-

**** Now enter your NEET application ID, password which you have generated during the registration of 1st phase and enter security pin as shown their on the screen.

**** Click on 'Correction cum Filling up to phase 2 in application form'

**** Now you have to read the instructions carefully and enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

**** The personal details that you had submitted in phase 1 of NEET application form will appear on the screen.

**** Edit the details in NEET phase 1 registration whichever is required, if not required then proceed.

**** Now fill the NEET 2nd phase application form - educational, subjects-wise marks, parents income details and whatever details required.

**** After entering the Security pin mentioned on the Screen click on the submit button.
