Hi in tancet exam Mba i have secured 19 as actual score and 64.02 as percentile score is this a good mark. Can I apply for counselling. I belong to BC category. which college can i get . Which mark will be considered for counseling.

Your percentile score i.e. 64.02 will be considered for counseling. Yes you are eligible for the counselling. As your percentile score is not very great but still there are some options left for you.
