As per your percentile you will get 95-100 marks and Rank is between 1000-3400 and according to the previous year data you are not eligible for chemical engineering at MSU BARODA. But there are many more  branches where you can apply.

But rank and cut-off are changes every year so you tried for counselling at the last. I wish that you can get the college which you want.
