Hi, My 2019 TANCET MCA Score is 51.3. Will i get MCA(Lateral) in University of Madras? If no , what are the possibility colleges i get?

Congratulations! You have secured very good marks in TANCET. Based on the previous year TANCET cut off, 51 is the cut off for MCA under BC category in University of Madras. So your TANCET score 51.3 is very much enough for studying MCA in University of Madras. In case if you don’t get admission for MCA in University of Madras, you can also prefer Anna University as the cut off marks required by Anna University for MCA is 40+ marks.
