TANCET has released cutoff for MBA,MTech and MCA.  if you are asking regarding MTech in ME then as per your percentile score or normalized score, you belong to grade A where you can apply for first tier colleges like CEG,MIT, AC Tech Campus. Normalized score is calculated by the formula :- 40+(10/S)(R-M) where S means standard deviation, R means raw score and M means mean score.

cutoff for OBC category is not available. it will be released by different colleges during counselling.  Keep checking for suitable college as per your score.
