Dear sir / mam your daughter scored good rank and I think she can get admission in colleges you are looking but it is not sure as it depends on availability of seats .

There are around 24 seats for the Outside Maharashtra Candidates in ILS Pune and 24 seats in GLC Mumbai. Considering that these are the top 2 and the most sought after colleges under MH CET, and your daughter's rank is 125( among the outiside Maharashtra candidates) , you do not seem to have much chances in these colleges.
Though you have a very fair chance for admission in other good colleges in MHCET.
Do try for the counselling and hope for the best!
