Since you born after 1, January 2008 you are not eligible for NDA 2 in 2024.

NDA 2 age limit is that candidates who are both not earlier than January 2, 2005, or later than January 1, 2008, are eligible to apply for the exam.

Since your DOB is 15th March 2008, you are not eligible for NDA 2 2024.
