As per your said marks and the cutoff trend for the last some years for Indira Gandhi Medial college for UR category the cut was around to closing 585+ under the all india quota.

And you have the state quota benefit for Himachal Pradesh then cuttoff may be around to cloaing 545.

You have very little chance to grab seat in IGMC as you are on little lower than border. But you can hope as merit marks changes every year so you have some chances of getting seat but not sure.
