PGDIT is a postgraduate diploma in information technology. If you haven't pursued any postgraduate degree, go ahead with it as it is in sync with your graduation domain.
If you have completed your MBA and want to go for PGDIT, this actually does not makes any sense. Firstly your 2 years of MBA will be unproductive if you go for PGDIT. The degree also does not come in sync with your past academic degrees.
Still, if you want to go ahead with it, you might as well do that. But keep in mind, that you have to be at peace with your MBA degree being unproductive as it would not provide any value.
