Although he get a gud rank ND marks too ND if u r from obc cateogory than there is a healthy possible chances that he will get admission there

hey,

considering previous few years admissions ,even though cutoffs are within your range it is very hard for you to get admission in most of the NITs with the high on demand course like computer science .even with OBC criteria. I will suggest you, to either change your prefernce or try some state colleges of equivalent reputation.

According to past year cut offs, you can get NIT'S at your rank. But for CSE, less chances.

Wait till for last round of counseling.
