No you cannot give neet 2020 if you are scoring 61% marks in class 12 because you don't have biology or biotechnology as your main subject in class 12th. Eligibility of neet is that a candidate must be pass class 12th with PCB/biotechnology as his main subjects. A candidate must score aggregate of 50% if general and 40% if OBC/SC/ST in PCB/biotechnology in class 12 to be eligible to give neet 2020. If you are fulfilling all educational criteria mentioned above then you can give neet 2020.

There is such criteria that you can give Neet exam when you have 150 marks min in PCB so you can't give exam.
