First of all i would like to congratulate you ,since you have scored exceptionally well in Neet 2019 and you will be glad to hear that you have very high chances to get admission in UCMS (university college of medical sciences) New Delhi
As per your query about seat in ucms delhi government college, i would like to inform you that it will vary every year based on the difficulty level of ques paper and number of students scoring that mark. It also depends on the category of the candidate like Open, SC, ST, OBC, PH etc...
But going by previous year trend i would say 580-610 is a safer score.. To get a government seat through sate quota 85% for general candidates.... Cutoff in delhi government college is always higher than rest of colleges
I am glad to inform you that you can get the admission in UCMS most probably
I hope you have got your answer

The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
Just hope for the best
