Last year the cut off for all India quota seats under ST category was 96759 for MBBS and 131979 for BDS. So based on this you won't get government colleges. But you can surely get management quota seats in the deemed universities through All India Counseling. You can get a seat in the following colleges -

Hope you are doing well. It is difficult to get government seat for mbbs with 140 marks. But you can try for private mbbs, bds or bams seat .
For getting government seat for mbbs you need to score around 500 in state quota and above 620 for all India quota. The state cutoff is around 400- 450.
