Hi My nephew has got 114000 rank in JEE Main 2018. Could you please tell whether he can get into govt colleges or NITs? If yes which college

With this rank it is very difficult to get admission in any college if you are from GEN category. There are almost no chances.

Well, this JEE rank will not fetch you admission anywhere. So, if you have given any other entrance exams, please try getting admissions with that score. I am sorry, i have no idea about Orissa as i am from Maharashtra. But you can ask a question for that, you will definitely get a reply from someone.
