Hi, my PESSAT rank is 1840 so wanted to know if there is any possibility of getting CSE in PES with this rank irrespective of the rounds?

Hello,
Yes there is chance of getting CSE in this college.
But you can get this branch in 2nd,3rd Or last round only.
But every year this scenerio changes so there is no certainity for this.
There are different rounds in the counselling session and it works like this:
1)If all the seats are not filled in round 1 then it goes to round 2 and so on .
2)Also if a particular student changes his mind after round 1 and doesn’t take seat then that seat is available in round2.
So it works like this.

Thank you very much for the information. It gives me some hope. :-)I have already got ECE in VIT Vellore as well as CSE in SRM KTR but since i am a Bangalore native so want to try if i can get something good here.BTW, do you happen to have info on if ECE in VIT is better or in PES?
