We can say anything about the cutoff,as every year it depends on different factors like :
- number of candidates in particular year
- number of seats ( increased)
- Difficulty level of exam
But you can predict your future college by going through the website :

Hello candidate
NEET examination stands for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. It is a nationwide exam held at the undergraduate and postgraduate level to admit students in various medical affiliated colleges across India.
Since you have the category certificate with you, you can expect a decent college with this rank. OBC category students generally have the 40th percentile as the minimum cutoff. Since the competition is very high even for the OBC students, you can face challenges in getting a college. However, with the right strategy and presence of mind while filling your preferences during the counselling session, you can get some decent colleges. You can also use your domicile certificate in case you want to during the admission process.
You can also use our free NEET college predictor tool to predict the college and get an idea about the college which you can get with your rank.

Hi reader ,
The OBC reservation has been introduced across all the colleges participating in ALL INDIA COUNSELLING from this year only and hence there is no previous trend/data to bank upon.
still with nearly 1500 AIQ seats reserved for the OBC category the cutoff will certainly go down below 600 or even 595 but at your score i.e. 552 it seems improbable that you will get any seat in AIQ counselling.
you can although take part in the counselling of your state as usually the cutoff of states is lesser than that in All india quota barring a few exceptions.
for knowing your chances of getting a college you can refer
