HI, my score in gate 2019 is 46 in OBC cat. can i get Mtech seat in IIT DELHI

As you have a medium gate good score with your rank and score in gate and as you have reservation of OBC so we can't expect a good IIT ,but we can expect a good NIT .so you can hope many exams which are suitable for gate .
