According to the said marks your expected rank is very low which cannot take you to tier 1 colleges like Anna University, PSG Coimbatore and so on. See cut-offs also depend upon your category and as you have not mentioned the category so it is little bit difficult to guide you accurately.
However, on the basis of this rank you will get low tier colleges (if you clear their cut-off) which does not have proper faculty, countable placement statistics and other required facilities but some have.
