But you have scored a great percentile and you have chances in good Institutions. But as you have not mentioned your marks, it is difficult to tell. The minimum number of Marks that's mandatory to obtain for a MBC category candidate is aforementioned. But this is only expected Cutoff not actual Cutoff. The actual Cutoff may vary from this.
