So dear , it is clear from above data that your chances of getting a seat in Sawai Man Singh Medical College, Jaipur is very low.

But you have high chances of getting a seat in other government medical colleges listed above .

You are expecting score of 505 Mark's in NEET UG 2019. So according to previous year cutoffs of Government medical colleges you have a chance of getting admission under sc category for 15% All India quota. The cutoff for SMS medical college Jaipur in 2017 was 539 under 15% all India quota and 520 under 85% state quota. so you have very less chances of getting admission into this college.
