No you cannot apply for CA Foundation May session now as the last date was 1st January 2022 but you can apply for CA Foundation November session as the last date for November session is July 1st 2022. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has opened the registration for CA Foundation 2022 November session in online mode. ICAI allows the candidates to register through their official website at icai.org (//icai.org) . If there are chances to extend the dates then it will be notified by the officials in the official website or you can find the latest news in the below link.

If you're talking about the exam which is scheduled to he held in the month of may of CA foundation then it's registration has been closed now as 1st january was the last date. So you're not able to register for that one.

But if you want to register for the November/December dates then you can and it will open more surely in the month of July.
