In compliance with the Neet 2022 reservation criteria candidates those who have benchmark physical disability for getting 5% reservation in Neet exam. Will get this reservation provision under effect of rights to disability act 2016. Sach type of candidates are eligible to get 5% reservation in seat allotment in government and private medical colleges. This reservation act abide by besides the PWD category candidates reservation and relaxation in NEET exam and in seat allotment of Government and private colleges.

Candidates with a baseline physical disability are eligible for a 5% quota, according to the NEET reservation criteria 2022. The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, will give candidates access to this clause.
Candidates who claim to be qualified for NEET 2022 reservation criterion under the same must produce a Disability Certificate issued by one of the disability bodies listed below.

2. Hazi Ali Park, K. Khadya Marg, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai - 400034 All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

The categories include hearing disability, visual impairment, locomotor disability, Specific Learning Disabilities (Perceptual disabilities, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dyspraxia and Autism Spectrum Disorders), disability caused due to blood disorders or neurological causes.
